LILA K. SMITH
I’m Lila K. Smith—an actor, singer, and artist raised in the south and based in New York City. After seeing The Music Man on a local stage at age three, I refused to believe that the ice cream shop onstage wasn’t a real ice cream shop. My only option was to get up there and see for myself.
Growing up, I performed in over 20 Theatre for Young Audience productions before being accepted into the acting conservatory at The Governor’s School for the Arts & Humanities. I then continued my acting education at Fordham University Lincoln Center where I graduated in 2024.
I’m passionate about art that moves audiences. I believe that acting, through screen, stage, and music, has the ability to prompt social change and personal reflection. But on a more serious note, I love comedy.
